I haven't posted for awhile because I have been very busy putting together a new show.  I will pick up the pace here as the week closes out.

I wanted to take a moment and share yet another round of interesting search queries that have led people to this site.  Here are some of my favorites in no particular order:

I have cornered the market on historians, nature lovers and freaks who are making a run for the border--exactly the reader demographics I was targeting.  My favorite is that someone actually searched with a query using my name, "teddy roosevelt," and "moose" all in the same query.  Either they had already seen my Teddy Roosevelt post and they were trying to find it again, or that was one of the luckiest stabs in the dark in Google history.  Now that I have posted this odd summary, watch the ads on the right side of this page change to reflect the content of this post.  The web is hysterical.

An additional bit of ridiculousness is that almost every time I go to the login page for this site, the ads in the towers to the right are for quilting supplies.  I have chosen to believe that these quilting ads are an extra level of security to discourage people from trying to hack into the site--sort of a "move along, nothing to see here" specifically designed for web surfers.  It's either that or Google Adsense knows something about me that I don't.

Also, I continue my multiple blogging platform streak of being completely unable to get people to comment.  I am on the verge of giving up.
